In most cases, our health, whether it is physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, or mental, reflects what we believe. What we believe influences how we think and most importantly what we choose.
If I were you, and you were me, what will we both see? Will it be the same? It's not possible. Everyone is unique and senses the world based upon what has been and what is now in the present. What is working and what isn't working? What is holding you back? What is causing grief, depression, sadness, contentment, bliss? On one end of spectrum, are the words, "this ALWAYS happens to me...", "not AGAIN", "I have BAD luck with...", "I am TRYING", "why do they have all the luck?" ringing in your mind? If so, then SoGoLiving's art is about becoming free to live with less pain, fear and stress, and more peace, love and harmony.
Following the ancient philosophical hermetic wisdom, As above, So below...As below, So above", SoGoLiving is about alchemic transformation. By seeing what is happening on the outside, it is possible to see the imbalances inside. By feeling what is happening inside, it is possible to shift towards balance on the outside. In all realms, we are either expanding or contracting, going up or going down, feeling positive or negative. By being aware of the inner and outer worlds, SoGoLiving can teach you to find and create balance when you want it.

Easier said than done, but where there is a will there is a way. If you have will, then you have power, hence the word willpower! It is always up to you to choose the way, no one can choose for you. Are you ready to see what direction can work for you? Do you want to get started? Then start with paying attention to and knowing what is true...inside you. That in and of itself can be a challenge especially for those people pleasers!!! Can you see what is outside you that is frustrating you? Pay attention to that too...As above...So below, and As below...So above.
